Friday, November 6, 2009
- Athlete Registration/Race Package Pick Up at Henderson Multigenerational Center 12pm to 5pm
- Silver Strip Expo located at Henderson Multigenerational Center will open from 12pm to 5pm. The Silver Strip will include local and national vendors, autograph signings and triathlon specific seminars.
- City of Henderson Pasta Dinner at Henderson Convention Center 6:00 - 8:30pm. Athletes eat free and guest tickets are $25. Tickets for guests can be purchased online during athlete registration, or during the event at the Silverman Expo Store. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $30, cash only please.
Saturday, November 7, 2009
- Athlete Registration/Race Package Pick Up at Henderson Multigenerational Center 8am-12pm. This is your LAST CHANCE to check in; No exceptions! Keep in mind that we will have a limited crew handling registration on that day so please do not wait until Saturday to register unless you absolutely cannot make Thursday or Friday registration!
- Pancake Breakfast 8am to 10am for Volunteers, Sponsors and Athletes, sponsored by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Nevada
- Mandatory Silverman Pre-race Athlete Meeting 9am-10am (approx) located at Henderson Multigenerational Amphitheater adjacent to the finish line.
- Mandatory Bike and Bike/Run Gear Bags Check In from10am to 6pm at Lake Mead (Hemenway Harbor). Please do not bring bikes and gear earlier than 11am as there will be no staff on hand to check you in. Hemenway Harbor is the location of the swim start and T1 (Please note there will be a $5 fee per car to enter the National Park for a 7-day pass). This schedule also applies to relay teams. Athletes will not be permitted to bring bikes in the T1 location on Race Day. Bikes and gear bags must be in place by 6pm on Saturday.
- Silver Strip Expo located at Henderson Multigenerational Center will open from 8am to 4pm
- Swim Course Set Up at Hemenway Harbor: Swim course will be closed to swimming until race day. Swimming the race course prior to race day will result in automatic disqualification. You will have access to open water swimming at Boulder Beach near Hemenway Harbor.
Sunday, November 8, 2009
- The Silverman Full Distance Triathlon will begin promptly at 7:00am and will conclude at 12am midnight. Full-Distance Individual and Relay athletes will begin the swim together as a mass start. Please remember to review the cut off times that are placed on this race as they will be strictly enforced.
- The Silverman Half-Triathlon will begin promptly at 8:30am. All Half-Distance Athletes should be clear of transition and making their way to swim start by 8:00am.
- The Silverman Operation Rebound Athletes will begin promptly at 8:40am.
Monday, November 9, 2009
- The Silverman Triathlon Awards Banquet will be from 9:00am to 11:30am at the Henderson Convention Center. Athletes will eat free and are encouraged to bring friends and family along. Cost for guest tickets are $25 and can be purchased online during athlete registration or during the event. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $30. Cash only please.
- Early Registration for 2010 begins today
