Don't Miss Last Supported Ride Before Race Day!!!!

Don’t miss the last supported ride before the big day. Come out and join the fun with other athletes and get yourself use to the relentless hills that make up the Silverman bike course. If you are interested in attending please meet at Hemingway Harbor. Make sure that you bring whatever nutrition you’ll be using during the race and anything you’ll need to refuel after the ride. We will provide all the water and bike tools and we’ll haul any special treats or additional fluids/food that you would like to bring in the support vehicle.
