Nevada Child Seekers is Now the Official Non-Profit Partner for the 2007 Race!!

According to the Nevada Attorney General, in Nevada alone there are more than 8,000 children reported missing each year.  Nevada Child Seekers is a Nevada-based non-profit organization that locates and advocates on behalf of these missing, abducted and runaway children.

The organization does this in several ways; they assist families searching for missing children by leveraging resources such as media, investigation and research as well as formulating a reunification plan for the family. In addition the organizations services include abduction prevention education, Internet Safety, Child ID program, family support group and Emergency Volunteer Searchforce.

Nevada Child Seekers is a non-profit organization created in 1985 by community leaders dedicated to locating and advocating on behalf of missing, abducted and runaway children. Named by the US Department of Justice as Non-Profit Missing Children’s Organization of the Year 2007, Nevada Child Seekers offers liaison services to family and law enforcement, abduction prevention education and volunteer opportunities to promote the safety of children in Nevada communities.
