Don't Skimp on Your Bike Training Because of the Scorching Heat!
Are you craving a great workout but want to beat the summer heat? We have the perfect solution for you. Lowery’s Multisport, in coordination with the City of Henderson will be offering a summer spinning class at the Henderson Multigenerational Center. Join Frank and other instructors as you pedal while they talk you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. Spinning burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout making your heart pump fast. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level!
