Superfoods Smoothie

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Serve cold.

1 ripe fresh or frozen banana peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (or 2 servings frozen açai pulp)

6 oz blueberry soy or dairy yogurt

¾ cup almond or rice milk (more or less to taste)

1 tsp agave nectar, to taste

½ cup ice cubes

2 T. ground flax seed

2 T. roasted wheat germ

**option: add your choice of powder supplement: superfood greens or spirulina
