Dave Scott Training Camp Was a Huge Success

 

The Dave Scott training camp was the perfect way for more than 30 athletes to kick off their training for the Nevada Silverman Triathlon.  Six-time Ironman World Champion Dave Scott hosted a training camp at the Henderson Multigenerational Center June 9 – 11.  The three-day camp included in depth discussions and hands on training exercises with Dave Scott himself. The camp gave participants the opportunity to learn more about triathlon training in one weekend than ever before.

“To learn about triathlon training from the best in the world, Dave Scott, is something these athletes will never forget,” said Frank Lowery, Silverman Race Director. “Dave is such a personable guy, he makes sure you are not only learning something but having a great time.”

Registration for the Dave Scott training camp was only $285 per attendee. This fee included fitness assessments, all classroom sessions and materials, workout sessions and meals.  The next scheduled camps with Dave Scott will be in the fall 2006 and early spring 2007.
