Don't Miss the Upcoming Splash and Dash Events

Lowery’s Multisport is once again hosting the annual Splash and Dash events at the Henderson Multigenerational Complex.  This year the heat is on! 

The dates are as follows:

May 16, 2009
(300 yard swim, 2 mile run, 500 yard swim)

June 20, 2009
(1,000 yard swim, 3 mile run, 500 yard swim)

July 25, 2009
(300 yard swim, 2 mile run, 500 yard swim)

August 22, 2009
(1,000 yard swim, 3 mile run, 500 yard swim)

September 19, 2009
(300 yard swim, 2 mile run, 500 yard swim)

All events start promptly at 7:30am, with registration opening at 6:30am and ending at 7:15am.  The events will take place at the Henderson Multigenerational Complex and are only open to the first 76 athletes.  The cost is $20 and you may only register on race day.  For more information please visit www.lowerysmultisport.com.
